We collect your name, email address, mobile number and date of birth at registration. During KYC we may ask for a government-issued ID. We also log deposit and withdrawal activity, including transactions processed via UPI, Paytm and PhonePe, and basic device and session data.

Yes. Submit a data access request through Account Settings under Data and Privacy, or email [email protected] with the subject 'Access Request'. We will compile and send your data export within 30 calendar days of verifying your identity.

Send a deletion request via the in-account form or by emailing [email protected]. We will delete or anonymise your data once the mandatory financial retention period has passed. We will notify you when the deletion is complete or explain any legal hold that prevents it.

Only with parties that need it to operate your account — payment processors for UPI, Paytm and PhonePe transactions, and identity verification services for KYC. We do not sell your data or share it with advertisers, and our contracts with processors require them to protect it.
